Outside the apartment there is a large well maintained communal swimming pool with bathing area and smaller children's pool, a shower, terraces and tennis courts.

Our penthouse apartment includes 2 bedrooms - one with a King size bed and en suite bathroom, private balcony with table and chairs. A second bedroom with twin beds (pushed together makes a king size) there is 2nd bathroom very close to bedroom 2. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and independent air-conditioning units.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and includes all home comforts. Large comfortable lounge with dining area, TV, music centre, under floor heating (for the winter) also with air-conditioning.

In the kitchen and utility area there is a microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron etc. Granite work tops and a free standing food preparation area. A picnic hamper is also available for use at the beach, or days out.

The roof garden is private and perfect for sunbathing and entertaining having a large table and 6 chairs (two reclining), 2 sun beds. A kitchen area with sink, built in bbq, shower and storeroom and fridge. Access to the Roof garden is up a flight of stairs.

Access to the apartment from the ground floor is by a lift to the front door. The area is flat and suitable for families or the less mobile.

From the entrance to the apartment you have the benefit of a supermarket 200 yards away, which includes a fresh fish and meat counter, a bakery and everything you would need for your holiday including a good selection of local wines etc all at very good prices. This is open every day except Sunday.
